     On today's stop we visit the elegant offices of Julia H. Cohen, MD, PC, and MindYourSkin™, easily accessible at the junction of West Chester Pike and the I-476 in Havertown. Now in a state-of-the-art building, featuring a surgicenter, and fitness facilities, this growing dermatology practice goes back thirty years. Dr. Cohen herself is celebrating her 13th year in Dermatology! The suite and its staff are inviting

      Dr. Cohen: "It's hard to assess your own 'moles', but most melanomas are detected by patients or their family! Any new, changing or symptomatic (itch, bleeding etc.) mole can signal skin cancer. Growing, raised, irregularly shaped or colored, large, or just plain 'funny'-looking ones warrant a doctor exam. Most 'pigmented lesions', such as sunspots, fortunately are not 'melanoma' but are made up of benign cells and result from aging, including sun exposure".
     "We recommend a full skin exam and medical grade sunb-protection for anyone with a personal or family history of skin cancer, abnormal moles, 'pre-cancers', or excessive occupational or recreational sun exposure.
